Getting the proper amount of water is the most important daily decision you can make. How much water should you drink a day? The cliché ‘8 glasses of water’ isn’t going to cut it. There’s a simple formula. Take your body weight and divide it by two; that is the number of ounces of water you should be drinking per day. Most people aren’t even coming close to this.
Do your body a favor and do the simplest thing you can for it. Drink more water.
